Radziwill bin Mohamed
Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee
Encik Radziwill bin Mohamed was appointed as Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director on 23 April 2004 and redesignated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee of the company on 16 June 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Economics & Accounting Honours Degree from University of Wales, Abreystwyth, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He started his career with the accounting firm, Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He left Pricewaterhouse Coopers in December 1998 to join Pantai Medivest Sdn Bhd where he held the position of financial controller for Pantai Medivest Sdn Bhd and Pantai Education Sdn Bhd. He left Pantai Medivest Sdn Bhd and Pantai Education Sdn Bhd in July 2001 to join Jaseri Automotive Group Sdn Bhd as it Director and was also appointed the Chief Executive Officer of a subsidiary company, Auto Eurokars Sdn Bhd. He left Jaseri Automative Group in December 2004. Encik Raziwill is presently a Director of several private limited companies.


Cheah Yew Keat
Group Managing Director
Mr Cheah Yew Keat (Dustin Cheah) was appointed as Managing Director of the company on 12 April 2004 and redesignated as Group Managing Director. He is also currently the Executive Director of the subsidiary company Digital Integrated System Sdn Bhd. Dustin Cheah has garnered 26 years of experience as a businessman and an entrepreneur in a diverse segment of industries including woodwork, manufacturing and hotel management. He started his first business in the woodwork industry by setting up Casonne Plywood Sdn Bhd in 1981 which he divested 2 years later. He subsequently participated in a join venture involving brick manufacturing with a couple of Taiwanese investors. In May 1996, he founded DIS and was responsible for driving DIS and now the DIST Group to success. DIS is today among one of the key producers of ICT and consumer electronics devices in Malaysia which is marketed under the brand name of Blue Thunder.


Cheah Ewe Beng
Executive Director
Mr Cheah Ewe Beng was appointed as an Executive Director of the company on 1 February 2005. Since 1978, he has been involved in various business that he started on his own accord beginning with his own interior design firm, construction, project management and various smart home projects.


Mr Lee Hong Lim
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee
Mr Lee Hong Lim was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 23 April 2004 and redesignated as chairman of the Audit Committee of the company on 16 July 2005. He has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1998 and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1997. He started his career with the accounting firm in late 1991 until 1999 when he was approved by the Minister of Finance Malaysia to practice as a company auditor. He is presently the sole proprietor of the auditing firm, Honglim & Associates, Chartered Accountants.


Lim Eu Keong
Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee
Mr Lim Eu Keong (a.k.a Mr Ian Lim) was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 23 April 2004 and as a member of the Audit Committee of the company on 24 April 2004. He graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1987 and a Bachelor of Law Degree in 1989. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1989 and practised as a lawyer in Messrs. GanTeik Chee & Ho during the period from 1989 to 1990. In 1990 he joined Messrs. Lim Cheng Chuan & Co. Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner.
